Kathryn S. Regjo, Ed.D.

Since 2015 Dr. Kathryn (Kitty) Regjo has served as the Vice President and Dean of Colorado Mountain College’s Vail Valley Campus. Kathryn has spent nearly 20 years in education ranging from curriculum development and multi-campus operational management within standardized test preparation at The Princeton Review, to serving as president of Lincoln College of New England in Southington, Connecticut, to her current position today.

Prior to Colorado Mountain College, Dr. Regjo served as President of Lincoln College of New England. Her responsibilities included upholding the standards of accreditation, maintaining regulatory compliance, promoting strategic enrollment and financial management, ensuring that the decision-making at the College continued to instill integrity in both its Mission and governance, and interfacing with the community. Kathryn provided leadership in change management, operational management, and promoted a culture of continuous quality improvement.

As Regional Vice President for the Princeton Review, Dr. Regjo’s responsibilities included overall operational and enrollment management, as well as maintaining program quality, generating appropriate systems of assessment throughout all curriculum, and ensuring a superior student experience.

Kathryn holds a Doctorate of Education from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Business and German from Adrian College. She lives in Eagle Colorado with her husband of 20 years, two children, German Shepherd and two hamsters.
