Stacia Edwards, Ed.D.

Dr. Stacia Edwards is the Dean of the Delaware Campus and Regional Learning Centers at Columbus State Community College. She provides strategic leadership, enrollment management, and community outreach for the Delaware campus and the five regional learning centers. Dr. Edwards previously served as Associate Vice President of Workforce Strategy at Columbus State, managing employer partnerships through the Center for Workforce Development and the Small Business Development Center and providing leadership for the Central Ohio Compact and other grant initiatives focused on career preparation and 9-14 pathways.

Dr. Edwards joined Columbus State from Battelle where she was Director of STEM workforce Initiatives and Vice President of BattelleEd. She has served as the Deputy Chancellor for Economic Advancement for the University System of Ohio where she focused on raising Ohio’s educational attainment level to meet the economic and workforce development goals. Her 30 years of higher education experience include serving as Director of the Regional Workforce Transformation Consortium at Sinclair Community College and Assistant Dean of Science and Mathematics at Wright State University. Stacia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hanover College, a Master of Arts from Indiana University and a Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania.
