Charles (Greg) Morris, Ed.D.

Dr. Greg Morris currently serves as the Vice President of Academic Affairs at El Centro College, one of seven institutions making up the Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD). Greg has more than 20 years of extensive higher education experience within both private and public and two-year and four-year institutions. His depth of leadership roles has included overseeing the areas of academic affairs, enrollment management, workforce and economic development, military outreach and online education.

Prior to coming to DCCCD, Greg’s career has spanned highly diverse roles including serving as the Vice Chancellor with the West Virginia Community and Technical College System, serving as the chief undergraduate enrollment officer at The University of Texas at Dallas, and overseeing off-campus military programs with the University of Hawaii System.
Dr. Morris holds an undergraduate degree in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University and a Doctorate in Education from The George Washington University.
