Cedric Bradley

2021-22 Aspen Rising Presidents Fellow
Dr. Cedric Bradley serves as vice president of the Harrison County Campus, Keesler Center, and Naval Construction Battalion Center at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (MGCCC). In this role, he oversees all operations of a comprehensive college campus, including business services, student services, academic, career and technical programs, personnel, and facilities.

Previously, Dr. Bradley served as dean of teaching and learning of the Jackson County Campus at MGCCC. He oversaw all academic, career technical programs, and learning resources services for the campus. He also has extensive experience as a faculty member; during nine years at Meridian Community College he served as an English instructor and department chair of the Language and Literature Department.

He is a graduate of Mississippi State University, where he received his Ph.D. in community college leadership and M.A.T in community college education. He received his bachelor of arts degree in English from the University of Southern Mississippi and an associate of arts degree from Meridian Community College.

Dr. Bradley serves on the board of directors for the Gulfport Chamber of Commerce and Gulf Coast Boys and Girls Club. A member of the Gulfport Rotary Club, he has been recognized as a Top Ten Under 40 for the Mississippi Gulf Coast, inducted into the Hall of Fame for Meridian Community College, and selected for faculty awards, including Instructor of the Year.
