Dr. Julie Voigt is the Vice President of Instruction at Sandhills Community College with over 15 years of experience in higher education. She is a dedicated educator and transformational leader committed to equitable access and outcomes for all students. She is passionate about developing local, regional, and statewide strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to leverage evidenced based practices and data informed analysis to improve student engagement, retention, and success.

She is committed to leading organizational change that better aligns and coordinates systems to support students and educators at all levels. She believes building relationships and developing partnerships both internal and external are integral to the mission of the community college.

Dr. Voigt is deeply committed to student access and success and is invested in the success of the people she works with as well as the success of her external partners within the community. She is committed to contributing to a culture where people feel safe, supported, seen, respected, and heard.
