Ken Ingle

2022-23 Aspen Rising Presidents Fellow
Ken Ingle is a collaborative and strategic leader with nearly 17 years of experience in higher education and extensive experience in the private sector. He currently serves as chief officer of Information Services for Rowan-Cabarrus Community College in Salisbury, North Carolina where he leads institutional effectiveness, planning, research, and information technology. Under Ken's leadership Rowan-Cabarrus has been recognized as a top 10 digital community college and developed innovative solutions to support student success. Prior to joining Rowan-Cabarrus in 2013, Ken served as an executive director at Central Piedmont Community College.

Ken is actively involved with local, state, and national efforts to improve higher education. He currently serves on the Educause CIO advisory committee, is a member and past president of the North Carolina Community College System Chief Information Officer Association, board member of the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce, member of Cabarrus Rotary. Ken has served as a Belk Center Fellow for the Achieving the Dream conference, North Carolina State Graduate Ambassador, and Google Higher Education customer advisory group member.

Ken has a bachelor's and master's degree in management information systems and will soon complete his Ed.D. in community college leadership at North Carolina State University.
