Michael Graham

Michael Graham (EdD) is Vice President of Operations and Technology at National Louis University in Chicago, Illinois. He is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and supporting academic and administrative technology, as well as innovation, instructional design, and online programming. He has been at National Louis University for the past 12 years, where he has been responsible for helping the university modernize its infrastructure, re-engineer NLU’s undergraduate experience, and led the transition of Kendall College during its acquisition by National Louis University.

Prior to joining National Louis University, Michael worked at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia, and Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio. Throughout his career, Michael has been recognized for his exceptional work in electronically supported and enhanced instruction, digital modernization, innovation, and service blueprinting initiatives, all aimed at driving institutional excellence.

With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in History from Youngstown State University, and a Doctorate in Education from National Louis University, Michael brings a wealth of academic knowledge and expertise to his role. He has also taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels and worked collaboratively with faculty to develop innovative online offerings, marketing and enrollment strategies, and services that promote student success. As a dedicated student, teacher, administrator, consultant, board member, and senior vice president, Michael is committed to breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for students to thrive.
