Allison Dolan-Wilson

With more than two decades of experience in higher education, Allison Dolan-Wilson currently serves as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Workforce & Academic Innovation and Executive Director of the NECC Foundation at Northern Essex Community College with campuses in Haverhill and Lawrence, MA.

At Northern Essex, she oversees fundraising, marketing and communications, alumni relations, stewardship, grants, workforce development and corporate relations, career services, institutional research and effectiveness, and the Center for Adult Basic Educatio, including prison education and reentry programs.

Prior to joining NECC, she held senior advancement leadership roles at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), University of California, Irvine, and began her higher education career at San Diego State University (SDSU), building a strong foundation in advancement, alumni engagement, and external relations.

Dolan-Wilson is a graduate of Emerson College, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Advertising, and San Diego State University, where she earned a Master of Business Administration. She will earn her doctorate in higher education from Regis College in May 2026.

She serves as the immediate past-Chair of the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce Board, is a board member of Top Notch Scholars in Lawrence, a corporator at Lowell Five Bank, and serves on the campaign committee for the Haverhill YMCA, and participates in a number of education committees for Massachusetts with focuses on non-credit and data. She is a resident of Lowell, MA where she resides with her husband and two-children.
