Justin Snyder

Justin Snyder is the Senior Vice President of Student Learning and Workforce Development at Alamance Community College (ACC). In this role, he provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for all academic programming, ensuring alignment between the college, local industry, and regional workforce needs.

Before assuming his current position, Justin served in various roles at the college, including Vice President of Workforce and Economic Development,  Dean of the Applied Engineering, Agriculture, and Skilled Trades Division, and Department Head of the Horticulture Technology Program.

Justin holds multiple degrees from North Carolina State University in Ornamental and Landscape Technology, Turfgrass Management, and Agricultural Education. He also earned a master’s degree in Agricultural Education and a PhD in Leadership Studies from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. In addition to his academic credentials, Justin maintains several green industry certifications, including Registered Landscape Contractor, Certified Arborist, and Certified Plant Professional.

Beyond ACC, Justin is actively engaged in the community, serving on the boards of the Alamance County Salvation Army and the Alamance County Transportation Authority. Additionally, he serves as Outreach and Missions Director for Trailhead Church.
