Eboni Pasley is the Executive Assistant for the Aspen Institute College Excellence Program’s Leadership & Impact team. She provides administrative support to the director and the team, and assists with scheduling, clerical organization, logistics, and budgeting.
Prior to joining CEP, Eboni served as a Senior Associate at Urban Land Institute (ULI), where she supported the project development and structure of Homeless to Housed (H2H), working with stakeholders, land developers and real estate developers around the nation to find solutions to affordable and attainable housing. Additionally, she spent ten years in advocacy and education working with individuals experiencing poverty and individuals with disabilities to find stable and sustainable employment through education and job training.
She earned her A.S. in social science with a concentration in deaf studies at Northern Virginia Community College and her B.A. in psychology at George Mason University.
