Laura Stokes is an Evaluator at the Aspen Institute College Excellence Program, where she employs her expertise as a mixed methods researcher and evaluator.
Before her role at Aspen, Laura served as an Evaluation Lead at the NSW Department of Education in Sydney, Australia, where she honed her skills in assessing educational programs through diverse methodologies.
Her academic background includes a Ph.D. and M.A. in Applied Developmental Psychology from George Mason University, as well as a B.S. in Marketing and Psychology from Tulane University.
