Jon C. Neidy serves as the Vice President of Student Success at Illinois Central College (ICC), where he leads with a strong commitment to student achievement and community impact. With a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Illinois State University, Jon is dedicated to creating an environment where students thrive both academically and personally. His leadership philosophy is rooted in kindness, responsibility, and continuous learning, which shapes his approach to guiding ICC’s student success initiatives.

In his current role, Jon works closely with ICC leadership to develop strategies that support student enrollment, retention, and outcomes. He is particularly passionate about using data to improve student outcomes and enhance the overall student experience. Jon’s focus is not only on helping students succeed in the classroom but also on ensuring they have the resources and support they need to excel in their careers and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Jon is engaged in community service. He actively contributes to local organizations, including the United Way and Goodwill, where he has held leadership positions. Through his work with these organizations, Jon is committed to strengthening the local community by addressing social issues, fostering economic development, and supporting underserved populations.
