Dr. Kathryn Rogalski has over 20 years of experience supporting student success at community and technical colleges. She serves as the vice president of learning and chief academic officer at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Her areas of achievement and expertise include leadership, curriculum development, and fostering collaboration with external partners, including K-12 systems, universities, and industry partners.

Dr. Rogalski has led her academic team at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College through the eight-week Advantage, a complete transformation of the college, including redesigning all programs and curriculum to be offered in eight-week sessions. This transformation is a part of the college’s Equity Advantage work with a focus on closing the equity gaps for students and increasing academic success.

Dr. Rogalski joined Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 2018. Previously, she held several positions with increasing leadership responsibility at the College of Lake County and William Rainey Harper College. She is passionate about the mission of community and technical colleges and has dedicated herself to the work of equity, access, and success for all students.

Dr. Rogalski holds a doctorate of education in adult and higher education from Northern Illinois University, a master of arts in social sciences from the University of Chicago and a bachelor of arts in psychology from Northeastern Illinois University.
