Dr. Graham is a distinguished leader, recognized for her expertise in strategic planning, coordination, and execution. A visionary academician and Medical Doctor, she is dedicated to transformative initiatives in Higher Education.
With six advanced degrees, including a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland-College Park and an M.D. from AUC School of Medicine, Dr. Graham’s academic journey is exceptional. She has also completed Executive Leadership and Performance Leadership Certificates from Cornell University. Additionally, she holds membership in several prestigious honor societies. Over three decades in academia, she has mentored leaders and elevated educational excellence.
Dr. Graham has lectured at The College of William & Mary and held executive leadership roles, including Market Medical Director for Allied Health and Biology at Bryant & Stratton College. Currently, she serves as Associate Vice President of Health Sciences at Germanna Community College, where she leads with vision and innovation.
A steadfast team player, Dr. Graham excels in problem-solving, adaptability, and institutional success. She has led leadership programs, accreditation teams, and professional boards while delivering keynote addresses. Her leadership is driven by strong ethics, organizational skills, and exceptional communication.

She is a member of the American Association of University Women, the National Association of Female Executives, and the American Council on Education - Women’s Network Virginia. She also participates in the Lead Virginia Class of 2025, underscoring her dedication to higher education and healthcare advancement.
Outside her career, Dr. Graham is a devoted mother to her daughter, Skyla, and owner of two dogs, Oscar and Sophie. She enjoys family retreats, reading, sunsets, sports, and peaceful walks. Dr. Graham is a trailblazer, a mentor, and a visionary - continuing to shape the future of Higher Education with passion, purpose, and excellence.
