Natasha Lipscomb

Dr. Natasha Lipscomb is the Vice President of Student Success Services at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College. She has served in several roles including adjunct faculty member, director of student life, and executive director of student success. Natasha has over 26 years of experience in education administration, including public K-12.

Natasha earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Elizabeth City State University in northeastern North Carolina, NC Teaching Certifications, a Master of Management in Public Administration, and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction- Urban Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Natasha is a values-based leader, giving her time and talent to community boards over the years including chair of the Workforce Development Committee for the Cabarrus Chamber of Commerce, the State Employees’ Credit Union, the County Board of Health/Cabarrus Health Alliance, and the Statewide North Carolina Community College Leadership Development Program.

Natasha is an ordained minister at the Bethel Temple Faith Church in Concord, NC. She is married to retired SGT First Class Barry Lipscomb, and they are the proud parents of Aria Janel, a news anchor in Cleveland, OH and Jaren Brock, a senior civil engineering student at NC State University.
