Building a Scaled Culture of Continuous Improvement in Teaching & Learning at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College

High quality, effective teaching and learning makes a difference in student success rates both in and after college, and it is one of the areas Aspen considers in the judging for the Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence. This case study describes how 2023 finalist Southwest Wisconsin Technical College (SWTC) developed and implemented a continuous improvement system for teaching and learning that has contributed to the college's strong outcomes.
