Lessons from the Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence

Now in its third cycle, the Aspen Prize has uncovered many remarkable but sometimes unheralded examples of excellent, outcomes-oriented practices among leading community colleges. This slide presentation summarizes themes that characterize colleges that achieve exceptional outcomes for students, provides concrete examples of Prize-winners engaged in those practices, and summarizes the process used to select Prize winners.
