The Aspen Institute College Excellence Program, in partnership with the Siemens Foundation, examined how colleges can deliver excellent and equitable STEM programs that prepare historically underrepresented students for in-demand, high-paying careers in STEM fields. This guide, drawing on insights from Aspen-Siemens awards and Aspen research, offers strategies, principles, and examples to help more community colleges deliver programs that develop STEM talent equitably in their communities.
