Katy Ho currently serves as the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Portland Community College in Oregon. In her role as Vice President, Katy has administrative oversight of academic programming and curriculum for nearly 60 career fields and university transfer programs offered over four comprehensive campuses. Previously she was the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at Honolulu Community College where she oversaw the college’s academic, student services and academic support divisions. Prior to that she held a variety of administrative roles in instructional and student services at PCC including Division Dean of Student Support and Associate Dean of Students. Katy holds a doctorate degree in Community College Leadership and a master’s degree in Student Services Administration both from Oregon State University. She is a proud graduate of the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communications and holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.
